Lebanon Oak (Quercus libani), a tree species native to Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, and Cyprus, belongs to the beech family (Fagaceae). Known for its beautiful leaves, durability, and historical significance, this tree can grow up to 20-30 meters tall. It is widespread in the southeastern and Mediterranean regions of Turkey, as well as in Lebanon, Syria, and Cyprus. It is resistant to drought and poor soils. It thrives in sunny areas and well-drained soils. It is commonly found in forests, shrublands, and parks.
