Quercus hispanica 'Waasland', commonly known as Waasland oak, is a variety of the Spanish oak (Quercus hispanica) species. This tree is a fast-growing, medium-sized oak species, forming a rounded or flat-topped globose crown. It can grow up to approximately 8 meters within 20 years. It has dark green leaves with narrow lobes. The leaves do not shed or partially shed in winter. Its roots can spread over a fairly wide area.
