Photinia (Firethorn)

A hybrid variety, popular as effective hedges, small trees, and roadside trees with its evergreen, cool regions' bright fiery red dense leaves in autumn and winter. The flowers are strikingly dense cream and white from the end of April. It is resistant to pruning and can even be grown in pots.
